Creation of clothing
We create clothing from scratch – we design, sew and trim.
We design templates and prepare cut-out patterns, as well as we sublimate knitted fabrics under a defined colour from Pantone. In our sample room we also have a range of materials, the colour of which can be selected from a ready palette.
Thanks to our professional design studio, all services in the field of clothing manufacturing
and sewing are tailored to individual preferences of the customer
We design new cuts and patterns of clothing for individual orders, as well as adapt them to personalised sizes specified by the customer.
We mark all types of clothing (advertising, working, protective). We have a wide range of marking methods available on the market (screen print, embroidery, DTG print, sublimation, flex foil, flock, latex).
We have our own sewing room, where we sew up to 1000 shirts a day from materials selected by the client. We sew advertising clothing and workwear for employees.
We also carry out clothing labelling using our own labels (jacquard, thermal transfer, sublimation or flex). We also provide a service of re-labelling, which consists in removing the manufacturer's label and replacing it with the customer's label.
In the production process of clothing, decorations play an important role, which distinguish a given company from others. In addition to our own labels sewn into the neck of the clothing, we also offer rubber or embroidered badges, as well as tags and cardboard labels.
